Johnson Thanksgiving

I am linking up with Linny at A Place Called Simplicity and giving you a "glimpse" of a Johnson Thanksgiving.

Praying you all had a wonderful, fun filled Thanksgiving with family and friends.

We start out most holidays with my Mom's cinnamon rolls.... yum.
 Peeling potatoes.
 Getting ready!
 My beautiful sister.
Thanksgiving table set and ready to go!
With 5 brothers there was always wrestling going on in my house growing up. Now with 2 nephews, not much has changed.
The "smaller" of our 2 turkeys.
 Playing games.
 Entertainng ourselves.
 The "gang."
Ready to play in the snow!
Spending time with the grandkids.
Annual Thanksgiving Day football game.... even in the snow.
Dessert.... if you can't decide on one? Eat all 3!
 The whole family.
Happy Thanksgiving from the Johnson's!

  1. Anneli, Thank you so much for inviting us into your home for Thanksgiving. It looked like a beautiful time...such homey-ness and joy! I bet you are so thankful that you are home for such a special day. And I loved the long table...it was awesome that it fit! And the pie choices and eating all three? That's usually how it rolls here for most. ha! Happy Thanksgiving Anneli...may God continue to pour out His beautiful blessings on your life.

    1. We had all seven children here at once. Doesn't happen too much anymore!

  4. I love the annual Thanksgiving football game haven't had one around here in some time. Now that my kiddos are older maybe we need to revive the tradition. :)

Looks like you all had so much fun and enjoyed each other's company. It looks like a very blessed day indeed.

    1. You should definitively bring it back! My brothers have done it for several years... now they are in their 20's and still do it!

It was definitely a day full of blessings. :)
