Please consider supporting financially and prayerfully the Braly family. Leah Braly and I grew up together at the same Church and lost touch once we graduated and went off to separate colleges. However thanks to facebook and blogs, we have gotten in touch again!
Leah and her husband, Ben, have such a heart for orphans and making a difference in this world. They are following God and his leading and are in the very early stages of adopting a 3 year old boy from Uganda with significant special needs.
Those of you who know me, know of my heart for adoption, especially adoption of special needs orphans since I work with 9 similar children in China.
Will you prayerfully consider supporting this couple and bringing their son home?
There are 147 million orphans today.
Let’s help and make this “one less.”
Not everyone is called to bring a child into their home. But we ARE all called to “take care of the widows and the orphans” (James 1:27).
It’s not an option. It’s a command.
Orphan care is an overwhelming task. There are so many children. One thing God has continued to place on my heart when I feel that I’m not able to make much of a difference is that we are to help the ones He places in front of us.
If we all would help just one orphan, how different would our world look?
