So Thankful

So I am not one of those girls who writes "I have the best boyfriend ever!!!!" on facebook or likes to tell the whole world about how great he is. I know how great he is, and that's all that matters. The whole world does not need to know. But this man has incredible patience and that I am truly thakful for. As many of you know, I can be rather emotional sometimes and well what is a guy to do when his girlfriend is on the other side of the world (Jeff's in Nepal, I'm in New York)? Pretty tough situation. I don't know if many men could handle my emotional side (which is rather frequent!). I am so thankful the incredible man that God has put in my life. Through the ups and the downs of being apart, God is there through it all to give me the comfort and the patience that I need. And do I need to know how this is all going to end up? No. Sometimes I would like to know and sometimes I let that get the best of me. But thankfully God knows the plans He has for me and I know they are good. I have an idea of what I THINK would be really good, but well I guess we'll just have to see if those are God's plans too. For now, I'm continueing to trust in Him and His guidance.
