"Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God." - Acts 5:38-39
I was reading in the book of Acts this morning and this verse stood out to me. It was spoken by Gamaliel who was a Pharisee and I just thought it was interesting. It is so true. Wouldn't it make things so much easier if people thought this way? If we thought of the fact that it is pointless to fight against God becuase He will always win? I just thought it was interesting.
