Today was the exciting day of moving Rachel and Laura into our new apartment! I'm not moving in until next month but it was exciting to be putting things away and making our new place look more like home. Rachel and I decided that it woul dbe a good idea to have a desk in case we ever want to do "officey type" stuff. Today we had fun putting the desk together. Other than putting the shelf on the wrong side (so it looked more like a seat) and then putting the pull out keyboard tray upside down, it turned out well. However, we will see once we start placing things on it. We had fun with the "tools" though (aka: a screwdriver) and felt pretty handy.
Looking foward to continuing to turn it into home.
