Today I had an interesting meeting. One of the ladies in my parents travel groups to adopt Kiah back in 2002, was at the foster home today with her daughter and mother. Jo and her daughter Megan returned to China to visit Megan's home country and stopped at the foster home on their way out. I have heard a lot about Jo from both my Mom and my Dad and they speak so highly of her and really connected when they traveled to together to bring their daughters home. I have also been in touch with Jo a little in the past few years since she works at a domestic adoption agency. It was so neat to finally meet her and was funny that it ended up being in China!
