We just got word that little Tristan didn't make it this morning. We are all sad and grieving the loss of this little guy. But he is in a better place where he has no heart condition and has all the love and attention that he could never get down here. Even though it saddens me how he never received the love of a family of his very own here on earth, he is in a much better place.
