One of the wonderful things about living in a tropical climate is the FRUIT!
Ever heard of dragon fruit? I hadn’t until I came to China.
Not only is is beautiful (coming from the girl who loves pink) but is also delicious.
Cut it in half, eat it with a spoon, and enjoy!
This is just one of my many southern China favorites.

Dragonfruit ...and we miss it!! Sure wish we could find it around here. Guess we'll have to visit China! ;)
ReplyDeleteI am going to eat as much Dragon Fruit as possible while in China! We can get it at our specialty stores here...but it just isn't the same! I had never had it until Caden's adoption trip, but it became a quick favorite of mine!
