What's Next?

Several people having been asking me "now that you're home from China, what's next?" Well for the next 2 weeks I'm nannying for the Lawton kids again and then on June 7th, I'm heading back up to Mission Meadow (www.missionmeadows.org) for my 3rd summer on there. Funny because I never thought I'd be there for 3 years but I know without a doubt that that is where the Lord is leading me next. "How about after summer" you may ask? I'm waiting for the Lord's guidance on that one. One thing I've learned in the last year is that God will reveal His plan to me in His timing (not mine). I just take one step at a time. So as of now, I know what I'm doing through mid August but after that..... I'll let you know when He tells me. : ) 

 

As far as camp goes, I will be waterfront director again for the 3rd summer but will also be the female staff chaplain. That means that rather than counseling kids, I will be counseling the female staff. Meeting them individually, praying for them, meeting with speakers, CIT co-leader (counselor in training), as well as a lot of other stuff that I'm not even sure yet. I'm really excited about this new position and how the Lord is going to use me this summer.
