Today we took 10 kids from the foster home to the Beijing Wildlife Park. It was such a fun day! We saw lions, bears, monkeys and even a camel! We even went on a caged in truck where we went out into where the animals were and they ate food from our truck, it was defintely the fist time I'd been in a situation like this! The kids loved it and weren't too upset by the bears coming right up to the truck to eat the meat they tossed out at it. The weather was beautiful and none of us could complain about being outside all day. We left around 8:30 this morning and got home about 3:30 so it was fun day but a good day! i'm so jealous! why didn't they have something like that at the erie zoo when we went last year?! i might have to sneak some treats for when i go on my safari. :)
