Victoria is a little girl that lives at the foster home who is absolutely precious to me. She has been matched with a family and is just waiting for them to travel and come get her. She just celebrated her 6th birthday on Thursday. My roomates and I went together and got her a new purse with candy, makeup, a mirror and a few other things in it. She is so girly! Please keep this little girl in your thoughts that she will be able to go home very soon.
