I heard about this famous "chicken lady" ever since I arrived in China. She stands on one of the corners in the village and sells this chicken (it's flat) on a stick that has this sauce and all these seasonings on it. With the Chinese New Year, she was only here for a few days before she left for the holidays and just got back a few weeks ago. Well tonight was the night that I finally tried it and it was DELICIOUS! Oh my goodness.... I could easily become addicted. The best part is that each one cost about 2 kuai which is about 30 cents I think? Crazy..... so you can get 2 of these for dinner and then if you get bread from the bread man (you watch him make it and can get either "sweet" or "meat", both of which are delicious, then you can have a delicious and filling meal for under $1. I love this country. : ) I would have taken a picture of my chicken to show you, but you know me... it was gone rather quickly upon getting it.

I will say a prayer for you that things go well during your CPR training class with the nannies. I'm sure you'll do awesome!!
