Hard to believe that 6 years ago today we got "THE CALL" from Tina at CHI. We had been matched with a baby girl, Feng Rui Qing who was born on February 23, 2001 and was residing in a foster home in the city of Zunyi in the Guizhou province. She was 13 1/2 months old. I was FINALLY a sister!
The picture above was the first picture we saw of our baby girl and the other one is a picture that Kiah took of herself yesterday. ; )
